In April 2017, the owner of Bronco Billy’s, Full House Resorts, was unanimously approved to significantly expand (more than 300,000 sq ft of new construction) and build a six-story, 200-room hotel, featuring a number of resort-style amenities, including a high-end restaurant, fitness/spa, convention and entertainment space, as well as sizeable parking garage, pedestrian crossways and surface lots.
Construction on the $100 million-plus redevelopment project is expected to be carried out in two phases, beginning in July 2018 with the parking garage, which will be built directly behind the current structure, and the hotel in the first half of 2019. The opening is planned for 2020.
